Documented, predictable, and run by us. Most installs wrap in five to seven business days end-to-end — and the parts that take the longest are usually waiting on your side (domain DNS, Twilio verification, SendGrid domain validation).

Intake
A short questionnaire: your domain, email provider of choice, SMS needs, branding assets, and which integrations you want configured at launch. No tech knowledge required.

Invite our service accounts
You add our team to the infrastructure accounts in your name — GitHub, DigitalOcean (or your host of choice), your domain registrar, and your DNS provider. Owner permissions stay with you; we get deploy access.

We provision
Droplets, database, storage volumes, DNS records, and Let's Encrypt SSL certificates. The full 5-subdomain setup (app, landing, support, knowledgebase, langchain) goes up in one pass.

We deploy
Clone your private repo, build the Docker stack, run migrations, seed your admin user, install the 9+ cron jobs, and smoke-test every endpoint. By the end of this step your CRM is live on your domain.

We configure
SendGrid and/or MailJet keys, Twilio numbers, Nylas OAuth, Anthropic API key for the AI Developer, your branding and theme, business settings, email routing, and any pipeline stages you specified in intake.

Handoff
A shared Google Drive link lands in your inbox with everything: source code bundle, database dumps, architecture diagram, runbook, encrypted credentials vault, and a 20-minute video walkthrough specific to your install. Your 90-day warranty clock starts from this date.
